Refund Procedure

Please note that when returning your unopened bottle(s), you are responsible for covering your shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued for your original purchase. Once we receive the returned items, we will process a full refund. Keep in mind that bottles returned must be undamaged.

To receive a FULL refund, including the S&H costs incurred on the order, please contact us within 180 days from the date of your order, and provide the following information:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email used to place the order
• Order Confirmation Number

Please return any remaining unopened bottles along with the shipping packing slip to us at BIODYNAMIX^®, 19655 E 35th Dr, Suite 100, Aurora, CO 80011, USA

As soon as we’ve received the unopened bottles with the shipping packing slip, we will gladly process the refund.

You can contact us by emailing Support@BioDynamix.co. We are open Monday to Friday from 6 am to 5pm and Saturday from 6 am to 2 pm Pacific time. 

Refunds take up to 5-7 business days, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
